White policeman standing outside looted restaurant on Vine (?) St. , holding a rifle in one hand, with his opposite hand on his belt. Front window of restaurant is broken and open, with objects haphazardly stacked in it. A sign that reads "Ice Cold Beer" hangs at the top and is torn and broken in some places. In the far left portion of the photo a young African American boy is walking on the sidewalk, with his head turned, watching the officer.
