Description

Charlotte Clark (17) wears a white, long-sleeved, square-neck evening gown with a burgundy vest that laces in a diamond pattern over the bodice and ends in a bow at the bottom of the bodice, the same pattern outlines the cuffs, and white pumps during the Miss America Preliminary Contest, for Miss Raytown 1973 held at Raytown South High School in Raytown, Missouri. She wears a blue and white contestant number ribbon attached to gown on her left hip.
