Contestant Cathy Wiltfong wears a white, sleeveless, bateau neckline evening gown with a Watteau train and an inset embroidered empire waistband of flowers in shades of pink and blue with greenery and white gloves that extend above the elbows during the evening gown portion of the Raytown Miss America 1971 Pageant. Her contestant number ribbon (9) is pinned on her dress over her left hip.
