Description

A contestant dances during the Raytown Miss America 1971 Pageant talent competition. She wears her hair in pigtails with red ribbons, a white short puff-sleeved dress with red bric-brac trim around the waist and the skirt ruffle, white gloves, white bloomers, red tights with white horizontal stripes and white character shoes. Two red and white hearts are sewn on to the dress; one on the bodice and one on the skirt which says, "I lov u."
