Teresa Mohr, Miss Raytown 1971, stands to the left of Charleen Shepherd, Miss Raytown 1970. Charleen wears a crown, a corsage of red roses, an evening gown with a black and white checkerboard bodice and a skirt of black, white, and gray panels, and elbow-length white gloves. Teresa wears a sleeveless white evening gown with black-piped ruffles outlining the collar and v-neck and continue down the center of the skirt, and elbow-length white gloves. She holds a bouquet of red roses and greenery in her arms. It is dark all around them.
