Miss Boat Show beauty queen sits on the arm of an upholstered chair with her feet in the seat while she holds an oar across her body with both hands to where the paddle is to her lower left and the handle is up to her right during K.C. Boat, Sports & Travel Show, held in the Little Theater of the Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Missouri. She wears a captains hat, a navy blue one-piece swimsuit, and white pumps. A pair of red water skis are crossed at the tips as they lean from the seat in the back of the chair up to a wooden wall behind the chair. A round life preserver is attached to the skis foot holds with the words "K.C. Boat, Sports & Travel Show. Jan. 9 - Feb 7 printed in large red letters around the center.
