Description

The master of ceremonies back is turned to the photographer as he addresses the contestants on the stage and up the stairs to the stage during the evening gown portion of the Miss Kansas U.S.A. 1983 Beauty Pageant. Renee Ruch, eventual winner, is on the first step directly in front of the master of ceremonies. Renee wears earrings, a necklace, a white evening gown with spaghetti straps and sequins outlining the v-neckline and waistline, and white pumps.
