Large group of children (boys and girls, all white) and white female nurses gathered in the Junior League Playroom with toys, blocks, small merry-go-round and water basin at Children's Mercy Hospital. The merry-go-round has a horse like on a carousel for one of the seats. Some of the children are in wheelchairs. All large play house is at the back of the room.
