There's a large circular plaque on the wall above them featuring an angel carrying a baby in its arms.

Handwritten note on verso: "The Passing" was a 3pm ritual of passing nourishment to the patients-- the round placque (a pair of 2-) the original placques are in Danish Royal Palace or museum. Placques moved to 1710 Building because they were mounted higher on the wall in waiting room on 1st floor & the 2nd on baby ward above the fireplace.
