Christmas decorations in front of the hospital's entrance

Description

A large Santa's sleigh and reindeer mounted in front of the hospital's entrance on Independence Avenue. The sleigh is set on a tall platform and the reindeer appear to be flying in the air. A wire for the lights is on the ground beneath. A group of three unidentified white people (two men, one woman) are going up the stairs as an unidentified African American woman and child are coming down the steps. The woman is looking up at the decorations.
