Four Mexican American women, three sitting at a long table, Anna Maria Bellatin, and Rose Vest, with their work on the table in front of them, and one standing behind these three, Freda Mendez-Smith, continue their work for MANA national long range plan meeting in a classroom with chalk boards on the walls. Most likely this was held at the Westport Allen Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
