Because of this, the print is much bolder, and longer lasting than the already faded woodcut initial., Information about the book: This is the 4th and final edition of the Mathew's Bible. It was printed six years before the standard King James version., Biographical information: Thomas Mathew is an alias for John Rogers, the translator and commentator of this version., Publisher information: This version of the text was printed for Robert Toye., Information about local copy: On the front of the first page towards the bottom left, there is some unusual colored stains running up the side of the paper. There are also some small tape segments which cover portions of the text. On the back of the paper, there is the faded woodcut, but little to no staining or imperfections.
