Abstract -- Allotment Provisions -- Calculation of Allotments.
The State allotment formula under chapter 1 of title I of H.R. 90 is described and analyzed. The Secretary of Education is to make grants for educational programs related to productivity and competitiveness. State estimates are calculated at the maximum authorization level of $384 million.
