Date is identified by the color of the markers. The corresponding color and century can be viewed in the side menu, accessed using the button in the top left corner above the map. The pages in the collection are categorized by century, with the exception of the papyri. The map's display can be changed to show only certain centuries by selecting or deselecting centuries in the side menu.
Titles are shown alphabetically within their centuries--again with the exception of the papyri, which are in chronological order.
Clicking on the marker, either on the map or in the side menu, displays all the details about that particular title.
The full screen map opens in Google Maps, and can be searched by title, date, country, city, and language.
