"handwritten on vellum ; beautifully calligraphic in neo-Gothic letter in 38 lines per page. The first page contains a beautiful polychrome miniature with a capitular history and a heraldic shield emblazoned, guarded by two angels and all adorned with a delicate composition of plant motifs, zoos and two taps that crown the page.

Litigated and won by Velasco Hernández de Horozco neighbor of the town of Portillo (Valladolid); the witnesses of the case affirm that the ascendants of the litigant were notorious noble gentlemen."
