Summary: Editorial cartoon in three panels. In the first panel, a man is seen speaking to a large crowd about the need for the Axis Nations to be quarantined. In the middle panel, a crowd of New York citizens stand on the banks of the Hudson river with war drums and banners, yelling at the Midwest to get into the war spirit.
