State Troopers at Wilmington High School, Wilmington, Delaware: Helmeted state troopers stand ready to move into Wilmington High School with shotguns September 22nd shortly before noon. Police arrested at least fifteen students during a disturbance in the morning, after which over one hundred city, county, and state law enforcers were called to the scene.
