Description: Highlighting a year of progress in St. Louis were the completion of the Gateway Arch and the exterior of Busch Memorial Stadium. In front of the new stadium, which will be ready for baseball in May, is Stadium Parking Garage East, which opened Thursday. Located at Broadway and Walnut, it is one of the world's largest self-parking garages with spaces for 2800 cars.
