Description: The James H. is a steel hull, twin-propellor towboat. She was built at Nashville, Tennessee in 1940 by the Nashville Bridge Company. This boat has Atlas Imperial Diesel engines which total 800 horse power. She is owned by the Walter G. Hougland Lines of Paducah, Kentucky.
