Description: Workmen install stained-glass windows Wednesday as part of Rouse Co.'s $135 million renovation of Union Station near downtown St. Louis. Union Station was once regarded as among the world's most beautiful railway stations. It has been under restoration since October 1983 and will have space for about 100 retail shops, restaurants and an Omni International hotel. The grand opening of the complex is scheduled for late August.
