Description: The drapes in the "Penthouse" a community room at the Kingsbury Terrace Apartments, 5655 Kingsbury, are full of holes. Looking at the drapes here are L-R: Lorita Fulton, manager, and resident Miss Geneva Brown. The St. Louis housing authority paid for the drapes but they have never been delivered.
