Description: A two block area (dotted lines) just west and north of Busch Memorial Stadium, is the site of a $40 million bank building and office complex which will be built as a joint venture by First National bank in St. Louis, International Business Machines Corporation and The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States. The site is bounded by Market Street on the south, 10th Street on the west and 8th Street on the east.
