Description: Barge shipments are expected to gain importance here, and nonresidential construction remains strong. Photo at right shows worker on the First National Bank-IBM Building, just north Busch Stadium; it is one of several major downtown buildings under construction or naering the construction stage. Non-residential construction has provided a high level of employment for St. Louis builders and tradesmen.
