Description: "A Plaza Square apartment building was purchased Tuesday by the Bethesda General Hospital for a domiciliary home for persons aged 65 or over. Purchase price for the building at 60 Plaza Square was $2,185,000. Persons living in the home will pay a life residence fee ranging from about $3000 to $12,000 and a monthly charge of $150 to $200 for food, medical, nursing and maid services. Extensive remodeling is planned."
