Description: "Routed by ammonia fumes, occupants of the Boatmen's Bank building crowd the corner at Broadway and Olive street. Some 2500 persons were driven from the 19-story building and its 11-story annex by fumes escaping from a break in a refrigerant pipeline beneath the pavement in the 400 block of Locust street Monday."
