Description: "The cornice broke loose from the roof of a four-family flat at 5209 Pennsylvania yesterday, crushing the second floor porch beneath it. The porch was empty at the time and no one was injured. Firemen are shown knocking off loose bricks. Mrs. Aldine Uss, the owner of the flat, occupies one of the apartments."
