Description: "A 10-foot section of the wall of this three-story brick tenement at Twenty-third and Cole streets collapsed to the sidewalk yesterday. A witness reported seeing one man run from the building and then return to free a companion from the rubble. Both men then fled before police and firemen arrived. The building was being razed to make way for a new school."
