Description: De-Wiring: Richard Crane of Murphysboro, ILL., is working for the Western Waterproofing Co. to remove the electrical wiring from atop the northeast corner of the City Hall Monday. The wiring was strung up about ten years ago to control pigeons, but was used for only for a short time because of the complaints of the Human Society and others. The anchors holding the wiring were causing the stone to chip.
