"Office building sold -- The 19-story Executive Office Building, 515 Olive St., has been sold by First National Bank in St. Louis to Edward K. Love Realty Co. of St. Louis. Clarence C. Barksdale, chairman and chief executive officer of First National Bank in St. Louis, and Laurence A. Schiffer, president of Love Realty, announced the sale. Barksdale said the sale was part of First National's real estate divestiture program in connection with the development of its new main office building currently under construction at Ninth and Market streets."
