"Downtown building in St. Louis hands: Ownership of one of the major new buildings in downtown St. Louis was transferred entirely into St. Louis hands for the first time Thursday. In what is considered one of the biggest real estate transactions in the downtown area in recent years, First Union Inc., has agreed to buy the Executive Building at 515 Olive st., David R. Calhoun, chairman, and James P. Hickok, president, announced."
