Description: Nine-year-old Nicholas Dorsen, his brother Robert, 12, and sister, Wendy, 2, don't appear to be having much fun in their tree house, and it's probably because Berkeley city officials have told their dad the tree house must come down. The Dorsens are shown in their yard at 3810 McKibbon rd.
