Description: Eyes and ears: Berkeley police Sgt. Denis Beaudoin, left, and street department worker Wayne Staff recently put up Neighborhood Watch program signs in four Berkeley neighborhoods. The Berkeley City Council recently approved the program designation for six residential blocks after residents had received crime prevention and Operation I-Dent training, Beaudoin is the city's crime prevention officer.
