Description: Improperly Treated Sewage in Ballwin flows from a sewer pipe at the right , mixing with clear water at the left. Missouri Conservation Agent Dennis Connor said this week that the darker water in the foreground indicates improperly treated sewage. He said that pollution in the Ballwin area has prompted him to notify the State Water Pollution Board.
