Description: In enforcing a quarantine of dogs, Gordon E. Morgan, a rabies control officer in Bridgeton picks up an unconfined animal during a patrol. The dog will be taken to the Bridgeton dog pound, Long road and St. John Lane. Nearly 200 dogs and cats have been caught in the community in the past month. Two of the dogs were rabid.
