Description: Clayton Office Building Construction Heralded - Construction of six new office buildings in Clayton - the first office construction since 1974, was heralded Wednesday by the release of 1,311 balloons bearing the words "Move to Clayton". Cost of the six buildings totals $139.5 million. Construction has begun on four, with the last scheduled to open by fall 1984.
