"Thanksgiving Harvest, 1943/Americans are thankful for the industrial and scientific achievements of this country, which, great as they are, hold even greater promise for the future. Unfettered and properly encouraged to develop the Native American genius of invention can achieve wonders in the creation of production and transportation facilities. And with the realization of the hope of a post-war, truly democratic society, the fruits of such inventive genius may be extended to the broad masses of American citizens."
