Description: This photo shows War Brides of U. S. Sailors and babies who arrived from Europe on the bridal ship Plattsburg. The bridal ship Plattsburg brings 69 wives and twenty children. 25 of the brides were Irish, the rest were English and Scotch. This cargo of Brides represents part of the marital activities of U. S. boys on destroyers and U-Boats, chasers.
