Description: "Mayor Vincent Schomehl wipes his tears after he tried to finish delivering the proclamation to the families of the dead who were killed in Beirut. Here he stands next to Rev. Donald and Dorothy Wagner parents of Michael who was killed in the attack. He got so emotional and cried and stood next to them. The service including military brass honored the two war dead in Beirut."
