"Letters of appreciation are presented to members of the four families who told in Globe-Democrat articles how United Fund agencies helped them. Accepting the letters from Felix N. Williams, chairman of the United Fund campaign, are (from the left) Mrs. Raymond Battelle, her son Roger, Carl Muster, Robert Moxter and Henry Schultz. Margeurite Shepard, staff writer to whom the stories were told, is at the extreme left."
