Description: "St. Louis ordinance plant workers who soon will be laid off as the plant closes, staged a demonstration yesterday to support a move to get severance pay. An estimated 5,000 workers took part in the demonstration on the plant grounds, voting to send a delegation to Washington if payment of severance pay isn't approved by William Davis, Director of Economic Stabilization."
