Description: "This is the Leu Building, which was completed in January, 1949, in University City, a suburb of St. Louis, Mo. Pedestrians and motorists little realize that up on the roof is a large oil burning National heating boiler and automatic storage water heaters, which supply heat and hot water to three stores, four efficiency apartments and nine business offices."
