"An inspection of the Small Arms Plant, 4300 Goodfellow Blvd., was made by 16 journalists and government specialties from nine Atlantic Treaty organization countries. They arrived Wednesday for a four-day visit as part of a tour sponsored by the Department of State, Department of Defense and the Mutual Security Agency. Maj. W. C. Vaughan (man with hat), commanding officer of the plant, conducted the tour."
