Description: Convent of Good Shepard 3801 Gravois is a grim-looking four-story building that houses love and understanding that have reclaimed thousands of St. Louis girls in the last 100 years. The love and understanding that troubled teenage girls have found fo r73 years in the grim-faced fortress at 3801 Gravois Ave. soon will be offered at a gleaming nine-building complex being built on a bluff overlooking the Missouri River.
