Two men are being questioned in the shooting deaths of a former Kansas police officer's four children, found slain in the family's cottage in a remote area on the Lake of the Ozarks. The four children, aged 15 months through 14 years, had each been shot at least one time in the head or the neck with a .22-caliber weapon while their parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Swift, were playing bingo at an American Legion post in nearby Sunrise Beach, according to authorities.

Completely remodeled inside, at a cost of $12,000, this building at California, Mo., was dedicated as a new Masonic Temple. James McBrayer Sellers, Most Worshipful Master, President of Wentworth Military Academy at Lexington, Mo., was in charge of the ceremonies. Open house was held yesterday afternoon.

"Demonstrating a Miniature Sawmill is John Kullman of the Missouri Conservation Commission. The commission has one of the more than 25 exhibits at the conservation event, which features a play presented in the evenings, "The Spigot in the Hill." There are several people watching the demonstration, and they are standing in front of an informative wall.
