Nixon spoke about four voices and a fifth non-voice, "The Republican Voice" "Voice of the New Liberal" "New voice of the New South" "Voice of the Black Militant" and a fifth "The Silent Center". The middle has a brief paragraph talking about the hope Kennedy can provide and then lists seven ways in which he can. They range from goals, experience, and his character. The last section is another quote. At the very bottom is black letters spelling "KENNEDY FOR PRESIDENT 200 L STREET, WASHINGTON, D.C. CHAIRMAN: JOSEPH GARGAN". Union imprint in bottom right corner.
