Growing Up: The Farm Credit Banks of St. Louis on Thursday will dedicate their new facilities at 1415 Olive St. That has been the agricultural lending group's headquarters since 1966, but a $13 million expansion (left) added 147,000 square feet since groundbreaking in September, 1980. The original 57,500-square-foot building (right) received a $1 million renovation. The two office structures are
