Clayton Office Building Construction Heralded - Construction of six new office buildings in Clayton - the first office construction since 1974, was heralded Wednesday by the release of 1,311 balloons bearing the words "Move to Clayton". Cost of the six buildings totals $139.5 million. Construction has begun on four, with the last scheduled to open by fall 1984.
Tenant Equity concept in new office building - Linclay Corp. has unveiled plans for Centennial Plaza, a 165,000-square-foot office building at the southwest corner of Hanley Road and Bonhomme Avenue in Clayton. Construction of the 15-story structure will start next spring and occupancy is scheduled for the fall of 1985.
