At long last, a 6: Nathan Broccard, left, a crane operator and member of Operation Engineers Local 513, takes Mayor Vincent C. Schoemehl Jr. on a ride in the sky to show him the new '6' placed on the city Hall clock. For as long as anyone can remember, the '6' has been missing from the clock on Tucker Boulevard, but at the request of Operation Brightside, the number has been restored. Use of the crane was donated by John R. Weber, chairman of the board of Fred Weber inc.
