Window Pain: Officials at the Equiable Building, 10 S. Boradway, say they 'haven't the foggiest idea how this window on the building's 22nd floor was broken. The pane was broken sometime Monday night or Tuesday morning, and officials say they do not know whether gremlins or Monday night's high winds between floors and repairmen cannot get to it from the inside.
