White avenue and Eulalie avenue-Litzinger road to eliminate unnecessary left turn arrows and speed the flow of traffic along the heavily traveled north-south artery.
Improperly Treated Sewage in Ballwin flows from a sewer pipe at the right , mixing with clear water at the left. Missouri Conservation Agent Dennis Connor said this week that the darker water in the foreground indicates improperly treated sewage. He said that pollution in the Ballwin area has prompted him to notify the State Water Pollution Board.
First municipal canine team in the county trained by the St. Louis Police Department is on duty in Brentwood. Patrolman Charles W. Mayer and Smokey, a 14-month old German Shepherd, went into service last week.
